Accessing Call Recordings
- Go to https://manage.swtpvoip.com and log in
- Click on Call History
- Click Filter to find the call you need by Date, User, Call Type, Caller Number, and Dialed Number
- Click Listen to hear the recording
- Click Download to download the call as a wav file and play it back on your PC or send it to someone elses
