Access Error Codes

  • Log in to https://mfax.swtpvoip.com
  • Go to the History tab
  • Click on the 3 dot symbol on any fax and choose Info
  • The Fax Error Code will indicate the cause of the failure and the Fax Result Code will indicate the fax’s final status upon failure.
