mFax – How to Log in and Send a fax from web portal

Log into Web Portal

  • Using any web browser, navigate to
  • Enter your email address. This must be already configured by the SWTPVoIP team
  • Enter your password
  • Click Sign In 

Password Reset

  • Click the Forgot Password link
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send
  • An email will be sent to you with the password reset link

Select Destination

  • Login to the web portal
  • Click the Fax icon in the main navigation
  • Click the Fax link in the secondary navigation
  • Enter your 10 digit fax destination number in the box next to the flag icon
  • You can also use the contact button to simply select a recipient from your contact list. In this case you do not need to type out the fax number, the system will automatically send to the fax number associated with the contact

Attach Files

Attach files to your fax via one of the following methods:

  • You can drag and drop files into the field provided
  • You can click the Add File button and add files from your computer

Cover Page

If you’d like to include a cover page simply toggle the slider below and enter the appropriate information


Tags allow you to place labels on any of your faxes. This allows you to search for them easily later on. If you wish to add a tag to the fax (this will show up in your fax history) simply click the Tags button and choose (or create) your tag.

Send Fax

Click the SEND button. You will see a pop-up notification confirming your fax was sent. You can always check the status of a fax on your Fax History screen.
